What is the deposit requirement and when is the balance due?
We want you to know all the details about your trip BEFORE making a commitment. You do not have to pay for your trip up front. With payment of your deposit, your reservation is booked, and your final balance payment is not required until 45 days prior to your departure.
Can I make payment installments towards my balance amount?
Yes, most certainly. Many customers put themselves on their own payment plan by making payments as they wish, as funds become available. We will provide you with a written receipt for all payments.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Payments by check, Credit Card or Bank Wire are accepted.
Do you offer Travel Insurance?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive Travel Protection Plan, optional but highly recommended, and payable at time of deposit. The cost of the Travel Protection Plan is determined by the package price. See full details under Travel Insurance

Besides the Package Cost and the Airline Departure Tax, are there other costs we should expect?
There is a City Tax in Tahiti that must be paid direct to the hotels. The charge is EUR 1.26 (approx US $1.70) per person, per day. The city tax will automatically appear on your hotel bill along with any phone calls, drinks, meals etc. that you incur. Apart from that City Tax, there are no hidden costs. The Room and VAT Tax (like the Sales Tax here in the United States) is already included in your package cost.
